Bio

Jennifer Lacasse is the president of 4D Learning Solutions, an organization development leader and learning industry professional with a wide breadth of experience in her 16 year career. She has lead numerous projects to improve performance and develop staff in a variety of industries including consumer products, pharmaceutical, energy, automotive, entertainment, data management, financial services, consulting and public accounting. She has a proven track record of achieving targeted objectives within the scope of many different project types including:

Her experience includes global planning and execution with multi-million dollar project budgets and single project training recipients in excess of 60,000. She has managed over 15 direct reports on various projects with total direct and indirect reports over 50 staff members. Her project management and learning strategy and design accomplishment have included;

  • Development of a two day instructor led orientation program that became the model for a global onboarding program for a multinational accounting firm
  • Rapid development of 25 courses using an interactive course design sessions linking instructional designers with client leadership and subject matter experts
  • Strategy development for incorporating industry learning into business strategy including a repeatable framework for curriculum development which drove consistency across different industries
  • Program management of a 60 course environmental, health and safety web based curriculum maintenance program
  • Management over a 3 year period of a 39 course, 493 hour learning system using instructor led, web based, virtual classroom delivery to a target audience of over 15,000 in 115 countries
  • Project management for development of virtual web based learning with avatar for onboarding at global client
  • Program management of a 55 course global audit curriculum development initiative that included instructor led, simulation and web based learning with custom video development and an International team of 50 professionals
